What will you get?
Rendered 2D Site Plan & Installation Layout
A professionally rendered 2D AutoCAD site plan illustrating the proposed garden design, including accurate measurements, plant placement, bed dimensions, pathways, and other relevant landscape elements. The plan is developed to provide Gardening Thyme with a clear and precise installation reference, ensuring the finished landscape is installed according to the approved design.
Virtual Garden Plan & Visual Plant Guide
A detailed virtual representation of the proposed garden design, accompanied by visual references showcasing the appearance of each selected plant. Each plant will be identified by its common and botanical name, with corresponding imagery and bloom-period information to illustrate how the garden will develop throughout the seasons. This allows the client to clearly understand the intended plant palette, overall aesthetic, seasonal interest, color progression, and mature appearance of the landscape.
Comprehensive Written Landscape Proposal
A detailed written proposal outlining the complete scope of the proposed garden installation. The proposal will include the specified quantities of all plants and landscape materials, material descriptions, estimated costs, delivery requirements, and associated installation considerations. This documentation provides a transparent overview of the project investment and serves as a comprehensive reference for the approved installation.
Design-to-Installation Coordination
Together, these documents provide a complete design and installation package, connecting the conceptual garden design with the practical requirements of installation. The final materials are intended to ensure that the approved design, plant placement, material quantities, and overall design intent are maintained throughout the installation process by Gardening Thyme. After installation a care package will be provided, unless Gardening Thyme maintains garden throughout the year.
This is for Metro Atlanta based clients only after consultations. Installation will be completed by Gardening Thyme.
